Return and Refund Policy
At Luminour, we ensure the highest quality for our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items
We only offer replacements for items with manufacturing defects. To request a replacement, you must provide:
• An unboxing video as proof, which must:
• Start before opening the parcel.
• Clearly show the packaging, unsealing process, and the defect.
• Your order number.
• Photos of the defect.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement.
2. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).
• Sale or promotional items.
• Custom or altered abayas.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
• If your replacement request is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Replacement Process
Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will send a replacement (subject to stock availability).
5. Important Notes
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.
• Once your replacement is approved, the buyer must arrange return shipping within 5 days.
