Shipping Regions

• We currently ship worldwide.
• For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  
  
• Estimated delivery times:
  Domestic Malaysia : 3-7 business days
  International: 7-14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance).
  
  
• Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen courier delays, holidays, or natural events.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
• All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Failed Delivery

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us.
• Re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos and details to cs@luminourdesigns.com and we will assist with a resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted areas.

• Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on location.
